Every event in our external life, every emotion we experience, every thought we conceive and word we utter are not only a reflection of the current state of our Inner Reality but also direct guidance from the Universe as to the direction in which we are currently heading and the degree to which that direction is aligned with who we really are.
Regression therapy combined with hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful way of establishing contact with some of the deepest levels of our awareness, all the way to our Essence. The more we understand ourselves the less internal struggle there is within us. The more we heal and remove the old programming, the more room we create for joy and inner harmony, both of which represent our most natural inner state.
I have been practising Regression Therapy for fifteen years. I also combine it with other therapies such as hypnotherapy, NLP and nutrition for the soul. My personal journey has been filled with extraordinary experiences of other realities, which allow me to add yet another dimension to my regression work.
Every year I give private sessions and run courses in two countries: France(Dinan, Brittany) and Ireland (Corofin, Co. Galway).
