I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and Regression Therapist based in Southampton, England, with a deep interest in the mind–body connection and the power of inner transformation.

My journey into this work began in my forties, during a time of profound personal change. As an adoptee, I set out to find my biological family, an experience that surfaced a complex range of emotions and questions. It was through navigating this deeply personal process that I was drawn to therapy myself.

In the midst of that healing journey, I discovered Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy, and the impact they had on my life was nothing short of transformative. As I worked through unresolved patterns and limiting beliefs, I began to witness powerful shifts within myself. The changes I experienced were not only lasting but life affirming and they sparked a genuine passion for this work.
