I’m an Integral Psychotherapist known for my intuitive and efficient approach to fostering real transformation. As the creator of Symphony Therapy, my unique approach combines deep hypnotherapy and powerful psychodynamic techniques to facilitate my clients’ lasting healing and soul development.

My life has been defined by a one-pointed pursuit of self-knowledge and spiritual depth. Growing up in a traditional Tamil Hindu culture in Mauritius, my childhood revolved around the local temple, where I studied classical Bharatanatyam dance, practiced meditation from the age of three, and engaged in ancient practices such as firewalking.

When I moved to London as a teen to pursue a career in investment banking, my passion for finding deeper meaning in life only intensified. I was fortunate to soon meet, and begin intensive training under, an amazing meditation teacher in the lineage of Sri Ramana Maharshi. I engaged in more than 10,000 hours of meditation over the ensuing decade, along with a variety of other intensive yogic practices. Naturally, my devotion to my spiritual pursuits raised a few eyebrows among my banking peers, but my heart’s priorities remained clear.

My journey into psychotherapy began with a personal encounter with its life-changing power, which added important levels of psychological depth and insight to the spiritual training I’d undergone. I knew I’d found my true calling.

I now hold certifications in: Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy from the UK’s National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP); Past-Life Regression Therapy from the International School of Hypnosis and Regression Therapy (IS-HART); and Between Lives Spiritual Regression from the Spiritual Regression Therapy Association (SRTA).

I am also trained in Future-Life Progression (FLP), Ancestral & Inner Child Healing, IFS-style Parts Work, Eye Movement Reconsolidation (EMR) Trauma Therapy, Weight-loss Hypnotherapy, and am professionally registered in the UK with CNHC and the National Society of Talking Therapies. I continue to refine my knowledge and skills through ongoing mentor supervision and professional education.

I live in London with my husband, Tom, and our radiant young daughter. Together, Tom and I teach courses in meditation and psycho-spiritual development at KosmicDharma.com. Through all my work, I ultimately aim to remind people that they’re already perfectly whole and radically free – thereby naturally opening the doorway to lasting trauma resolution, shadow integration, and Soul Actualisation.
