Exploring the roots of what holds you back: Through Regression Therapy, I guide you in exploring the roots of present-day difficulties in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space. By exploring experiences from your current life, childhood or what you experience as a past life, we can begin to understand what lies beneath your challenges. Recognising the connection between our minds, emotions and bodily experiences, we work towards releasing and healing what continues to affect us, allowing meaningful change to unfold.

This journey can bring greater clarity, peace, trust and meaning.

My approach brings together my experience in Regression Therapy, Between Lives Spiritual Regression, QHHT, Hypnotherapy, Family Constellations, Generative Coaching, Generative Trance and NLP, alongside my own journey of personal transformation and spiritual exploration.
