I am a Regression Therapist and Life Between Lives Therapist, Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Reiki Healer as well as being a trainer for the Past Life Regression Academy. I have a thriving business in Exeter, UK and also work with clients online.

My experience of Regression began back in 2012, which propelled me into an exciting journey of self-discovery. This journey led me to find the Past Life Regression Academy gaining a Diploma in Regression Therapy, followed by training to become a trainer.

Unconsciously within each of us resides memories of every event we have ever experienced, traumatic as well as beneficial. Any traumatic memory that has not been resolved can negatively affect our thoughts, behaviour and even physical bodies on an unconscious level. We are largely unaware of why we feel and behave as we do or why patterns repeat over and over. Regression Therapy is a miraculous tool that unlocks these unresolved memories and brings them up for healing.

I work intuitively. Each Client receives a unique, personal package of healing. I would be delighted to hear from you to discuss or book a session.
