REENA PATHAK

Reena is the founder of 6R Ascension, a spiritual healing practice based in Bromley, London, offering both remote and in-person sessions. She completed her Past Life Regression (PLR) certification in 2016 and has since built a multi-modality practice grounded in energy work, ancestral healing, and mind-body wellbeing.

In addition to her PLR qualification, Reena is a Certified Reiki Practitioner, an Inner Child Healing Facilitator, and an Integrated Energy Therapist. She is certified by The Psychic and Mediumship Academy, a Holden QiGong Certified Teacher, and a Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, with additional training in Ancestral Healing. She is also a Metapsychology Coach specialising in decoding the body's messages, bringing a deeper understanding of how emotional and ancestral patterns manifest physically.

Through her signature 6R Process, Reena integrates these disciplines — combining regression work, energy healing, and mindfulness practices — to support clients in releasing inherited and past patterns and reconnecting with their authentic selves.
