I am based in Saltdean, near to Brighton. I have many skills which I have built up over the years and understand the importance of expanding my knowledge.

Having personally benefited enormously from Hypnotherapy and Regression, I am aware that healing takes place at a very deep level and can bring about life changing transformation.

These therapies can help deal with unwanted thoughts and emotions, phobias, fears and physical pain. Some issues can affect you in a negative way and to be free to move forward is life changing.

I use my intuition and psychic skills as a therapist, naturally following the flow of the therapy session. I work very much from the heart and allow you to make the connection to your own soul who has all the answers within. My aim is that you can bring about an understanding of your soul's journey and purpose. We can work together in a safe space to unblock, release and transform outdated patterns or issues which are affecting you. The intention of the therapy session will be to find the source of the issue and we may work with present life, past life or inner child healing. Some clients can make amazing transformations from a single session and some will benefit from more than one: this is all discussed at the outset.

I also offer Life Between Life sessions which take between 3-4 hours, it is a very unique experience and can be transforming in your current life. I will direct you on a journey, accessing the Spirit Realms from your most recent past life. You will meet your spirit guides, soul group and have a meeting with the Elders or Council to answer any questions you may have about your current life or purpose. You may discover answers about relationships in your current life and experience many insights. From this higher perspective you get to discover and release any limiting thoughts and beliefs about yourself and people in your life. As well as personal questions, if you have any spiritual questions, you will have the chance to ask them. Life Between Life sessions are a very special experience and often can give you invaluable guidance on your spiritual path.

Other skills include: Feng Shui, Spirit Release, Space Clearing, Aura Healing, Mediumship and I am a Reiki Master. I enjoy leading my own workshops and training. My business 'Inspiring Positive Change' has been running since 1997.
