Diba has a mechanical engineering background graduated from the Technical University of Istanbul. And her second university is Social Work Counseling. Diba graduated from Past Life Regression Academy (PLRA) as a Regression Therapist in 2006. She has Foundation Level of Hypnosis Certificate from PLRA also. She is an IBRT Level III Certified Regression therapist. She has also been trained and got a certificate in Life Between Life Regression Therapy by Linda Backman . She has a certificate as a Trainer by IBRT and she is an Approved Trainer by PLRA (Past Life Regression Academy). She is working as a full time regression therapist since 2005. She worked as Andy Tomlinson’s Assistant Trainer and supervisor for his Turkey training modules. With Andy Tomlinson’s encouragement she has started to give Past Life Regression Therapy Training in Turkish in September 2007 in Turkey. She is a certified member of EARTh and she is the chair of the EARTh College Committee. She is conducting individual regression sessions in person and online as well.
Publications: She is the author of two books. Her second book; “Radianced Regression” is published in 2022 and her first book “Journey to the Depths of the Soul”: Case studies of Regression Therapy is published in 2011.
Diba's aim is being a mediator for spiritual growth of people and for increasing the awareness about spirituality.

Diba, İngiltere’deki PLR Akademisi’nden Regresyon Uzmanlığı Diploması ve Eğitmen sertifikasına sahip. İTÜ Makine Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun ve ikinci üniversite olarak; Sosyal Hizmetler ve Danışmanlık ön lisans diplomasına sahiptir. Amerika’daki Raven Hearth Center’dan Hayatlar Arası Regresyon diploması aldı. 2005 yılından bu yana tam zamanlı regresyon uzmanı olarak çalışmaktadır. Amerika'daki IBRT (Uluslarası Regresyon Uzmanları Birliği)'nden Regresyon Uzmanı ve Eğitmen olarak Sertifika aldı. Amerika'daki Uluslararası Regresyon Uzmanları Derneği (IBRT) ve Avrupa Regresyon Uzmanları Derneği (EARTh) sertifikalı üyesidir. Amerika'daki The Coaches Training Institute'den ICF (Uluslararasi Kocluk Federasyonu) onaylı Koçluk eğitimi sertifikasına sahiptir. Radianced Okul'da İngilizce olarak verilen Regresyon Çalışması Uzmanlığı Eğitiminde Andy Tomlinson'la birlikte asistan eğitmen ve süpervizör olarak yer aldı. Andy Tomlinson’ın isteği ve yönlendirmesiyle birlikte 2007 yılından beri, Profesyonel Regresyon Çalışması Eğitimi'ni, Türkçe olarak vermektedir. Yayınlanmış iki kitabı bulunmaktadır; ilk kitabı Ruhun Derinliklerine Yolculuk 2011 yılında yayınlandı ve baskısı tükendi. İkinci kitabı “Radianced Regresyon- Diba Ayten Yılmaz ile Yaratıcı Regresyon Çalışmaları” 2022 yılında yayınlandı ve satışa sunuldu.
